Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with LowerYourCar. Below are the details of how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time We ship within the United States via USPS/UPS. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at Support@LowerYourCar.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Return Shipping If you wish to return an item, Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
